Ashti has been amazing to work with! I was having many symptoms and she not only explained why I was having these symptoms (after doing several tests that my doctor never did) but worked with me to get me on a plan to heal my body. I was extremely tired all the time, lots of stomach issues and weight gain. Ashti dove deep into figuring out what was going on with me (getting to the root cause) and what we could do to get me on a path to feeling better. I am only a few days into taking my supplements and new meal plan but so far so good. She is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and soooo helpful! She has gone above and beyond and sent me recipes to help with my elimination diet.
