In January, I subleased a room and had a smooth experience with no issues. I maintained a clean and tidy room throughout my stay, as any responsible resident should. As a result, I had no move-out charges. Contrary to some negative reviews, I don't believe Lark overcharges; rather, those who were charged likely didn't clean their rooms properly.

Recommended for people who love some peace and quiet. Turn around times for maintenance request is top notch and even a better living experience if you share the apartments with roommates who are also friends .
