You can always call the office for tech help.
Also you can bring the bike in and we can see what is up with it. It is most likely a fuse is out or the charge plug is damaged.

Q:What are the Covid safety practices like here?

E-Lux takes the safety of our team and customers seriously. Staff are regularly temperature checked and encouraged to remain home if not feeling well. All surfaces throughout the warehouse and showroom are regularly sanitized throughout the day. Customers may visit the store, but must wear masks when doing so and ebikes are brought outside the store to view and test.

E-Lux uses high quality lithium ion batteries for our electric bikes that can be recharged about 1000 times.

Purchased 2 Malibu GT bikes from E-LUX. Great power, amazing battery life and comfortable seats. My wife and I rode our bikes from Hermosa Beach to the Santa Monica pier and back and still had half the battery remaining. I highly recommend these cruisers.
